A 'pie floater' update. The run to Balranald, has been set. The date is the 16th to 18th of January 2010. It will be great to catch up with the lads. I had better get my tyre repair kit organised!

A run to have a "pie floater" get together at Balranald, NSW, has been organised for mid January. This will not only be a be a great experience for me, but I get to catch up with some of my good motorcycling friends and share any of the following. That being coffee, wine and beer.

OK, What is a "pie floater" I hear you ask? Firstly, you grab a meat pie or pasty and place it into a bowl. Then you cover it with green boiler peas and top it off with both tomato sauce(on the pie only), and vinegar on the peas. Yummy!

OK... This is a little harder than I thought it would be. I suppose that I am expected to actually get out on the bike to write about my adventures. So far, It's been either too hot (38 degrees +) or like today, cold and wet. We'll see how we go when the weather gets a little better.

Hi, my first ever post. I picked the heading "Past the Letterbox" because all of my motorcycling friends say that I never venture past it!
